Art is a very relaxing hobby and a fantastic way to escape into your own world and let your imagination run wild. There are all kinds of art, not only pen and paper; watercolours, sculptures, designing and programming, editing (being an architect also counts). You can make all sorts of colours by mixing colours and adding water. The less water you use, the lighter the watercolour. If you use too much water with this paint, you will either make a big mess and/or make a hole right through the piece of paper you are using.
Being good at art is a real advantage and will make a good career, as the ‘talented artist starving in a gutter’ is used in old and dramatic films. You can also take courses and classes to help you learn different techniques and skills. Or you can also get help from a relative or a friend or practically someone who you know is good at art and will be only too happy to help. After a course or two, you will find that you have improved at this subject.
When you realise that you have improved, don’t think “I’m good at this subject, so I’ll just drop the courses.” or you will not improve at all and just hop on the spot. If you think that art is not your thing, at least try your best and don’t be whimsical. For example, if you're in a match and someone throws a ball at you and you think ‘I’m not going to be able to catch that!’ you will obviously miss.
So why not start today?
