Music
In Year 6, we do music with a man called Mr Williams. He is a really good teacher, and has started teaching Year 6 music notes by clapping in sequences.
A group of children volunteered to take part and sing some Christmas songs at the Sage, Gateshead such as: The world will wait; Merry Christmas to you and Where's Rudolph. It was part of a joint project with Park View School and other primary schools nearby.
We also sing seasonal songs in assembly like: The Chocolate song, Blue Skies, Combine Harvester and Rock Around the Shops. Some songs are funny and some are really joyful.
